What this site is and what it isn't

This is [MOR] Mortuary Protocol's reference for our members — officer-pinned builds, our server's event schedule, hero recommendations for our server age, the planner our officers use, and a weekly digest of the most important things we covered in Discord. Everything is read-only: you fill in your own numbers in the Planner, and only your browser sees them.

It is not the game itself. We don't connect to the game server, we don't automate gameplay, and we don't track other players' sanctuaries. Knowledge baked into the planner comes from the public community wiki, the official Discord guides, and our officers' experience.

v1 scope is intentionally small. Read-only. No forms, no logins, no server-side state. Everything is static files served from Cloudflare Pages on our spare domain. We add member-only gating in v2 via per-member invite codes (not Discord OAuth) so we don't lock out members who refuse to install Discord.

What this v1 already does:

Hosts the v3.2 planner every member can use from any browser tab (per-browser localStorage, no data leaves their machine).
Shows our officer-pinned build guides, server-specific event schedule, hero recommendations, and weekly digests.
Updates ship automatically when officers edit Markdown in the GitHub repo (≈30 second deploy).

What v1 does not do (yet):

No member-only gating — currently fully public. Intentional for v1 so you can review it without an account.
No comments, no forms, no interaction. The site is a reference. Coordination still happens in Discord.
No CMS for non-technical officers. Adding Decap CMS is a 1-day add-on if you want R5's who don't use Git to edit content.

What it costs: free. Cloudflare Pages free tier, spare domain, no other services.

What it would take to make it members-only later: ~1 day of work — a small Cloudflare Worker with a KV allowlist of invite codes. Each member gets a unique code (sent via Discord DM, WhatsApp, SMS, or in person). See the README in the repo for the full deploy + v2 plan.
