Weekly digest for members who can't or won't read Discord

Every Monday our R4 posts a one-page summary of the most important things we covered in Discord the previous week. Newest entry first. Officers — drop a new entry by editing digest/index.html in the GitHub repo.

2026-09-02 — Inaugural edition

Posted by R4 · covers Discord 2026-08-26 → 2026-09-01

This is an example entry from the v1 site launch. Officers — replace or remove this and add the first real weekly summary.

What happened this week:

  • Official patch 2026-09-03 maintenance (previewed in #📜patch-notes): Lv.25 Alliance Gift Privilege unlocks at 00:00 ST on 2026-09-04. If you're Lv.24, time your Regular Wagon to land before that reset.
  • Brian → Ulfrid rename (from 2026-07-01 patch) — older in-game messages may still show the old name; the planner and the Heroes page already use Ulfrid.
  • Era of Revival is rolling out to more servers. If your server unlocks it, check the Era Shop for the [Castle of Revival] Skin — top 20 alliances in Era Settlement get it free.
  • Undead Siege is a new Alliance Event from the 2026-07-08 patch. Coordination matters more than raw Might — R4 will post a coordination thread in #📢raid-pings when the next window opens.
  • Monthly Pass buff (from 2026-03-12, but worth a reminder): Gathering 10%→15% + new Construction Speed +5%. If you're on the fence, the math is now overwhelming.

What to do this week:

  • Push your Sanctuary toward 24 if you're not there — Lv.25 is the next big spike.
  • Redeem any unused gift codes from #📚player-guide CODES thread (or from the planner's gift-code list on the Account tab).
  • Station survivors in your highest-level Farm, Lumberyard, and Herb Garden — the planner's production tab will reflect the uplift automatically.

Heroes & meta:

  • Marlena's banner cycle is the next big pull opportunity. The R4 recommendation is to save Diamonds if you don't have her yet.

How the digest works

Each Monday (or whenever the R4 has time), an officer adds a new <div class="dg-entry"> at the top of this file with that week's summary. The file is plain HTML — no build step, no CMS. Officers can edit it in GitHub or via Decap CMS (when we add it in v1.1).
